[ Q ] I forgot the password that I set on the ClarionMiND device. How do I reset the password?

[ A ]If you have locked yourself out of the ClarionMiND device, follow these steps to reset the password:


1. Log into your MyClarion member service account at my.clarion.com using your MemberID (email address) and account password

2. After log in select the "Contact Us" link located at the top of the page on my.clarion.com

3. Agree to the conditions

4. From the "Inquiry type" drop down list select "Reset ClarionMiND Device Password"

5. Include the 12 character alphanumeric identification of the ClarionMiND device in the "Request or Comments" section. The 12 character alphanumeric sequence can be found on UPC label on the back of the ClarionMiND. The alphanumeric sequence will begin with "2C..."

6. Complete all other fields required on the form and then select "Confirm" to send to the request to the Clarion Support team

After receiving the request the Clarion Support team will reply to the email address supplied from your MyClarion MemberID..
